We use Clerk for authentication. Clerk processes your sign-in credentials and profile information according to their own privacy policy. We store a mirrored user record in our database linked to your Clerk identity.
4. Payments
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store payment card details. Razorpay processes and stores payment information in accordance with PCI-DSS standards and their own privacy policy.
5. Shipping & Logistics
Your delivery address is shared with Shiprocket for the purpose of shipment pickup and delivery. Shiprocket processes this data according to their own privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We use essential cookies for session management and platform functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
