All orders are fulfilled by individual artists from their studios across India. Delivery is handled by Shiprocket — one of India's largest logistics networks.
Orders from multiple artists ship separately, each dispatched from their own studio.

Returns & Refunds
Because every item is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we handle returns case by case. If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns are at the artist's discretion. Reach out and we'll connect you with the seller.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
